Moscovites are buying up hotels.
The investments to the hotels (buying and reconstruction) are more than $ 20 million. The source is the inner company funds.

Botanical Garden of the Moscow State University will get its own hotel.
The Moscow city government plans to develop the territory of MGU Botanical Garden on Prospekt Mira within the next 2 years. After the renovation the Garden will even have its own hotel.

The first 4-star business hotel will appear on the Golden Ring route.
Today the first premier-hotel on the Golden Ring will be open. It took the contraction workers only 15 months to build a 4-star hotel on the Ulitsa Svobody at Yaroslavl.

Hotel Marko Polo Presnya will be refurbished.
The hotel was built in early 20th century by the famous English architect William Val Cot. The location of the hotel (it is close to many foreign embassies and representative offices of international companies) has formed its customers — majority of the hotel clients are foreigners. .
